RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator in General Surgical unit responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across shifts. Responsibilities include assisting with admission/discharge throughput, ongoing quality assessment of nursing services, collaborating with management to foster teamwork and improve outcomes, supporting patient-first care and service recovery, operationalizing nursing strategies to enhance engagement, involvement in interviewing/training staff, and managing staff scheduling, inventory, and supplies to align with productivity guidelines. Requires active RN licensure and either a Bachelor’s or Associate degree; BCLS certification obtained within 30 days of start date. No travel required.
