RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator CVOR

Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services in collaboration with management, while supporting service recovery and operationalizing nursing strategies like employee rounding. Collaborate with subject matter experts to foster teamwork, provide recommendations for staff interviewing and training, and manage practical aspects of staff scheduling. Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with personnel policies, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, to maintain a competitively better organization. Requires Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start.
