Job Summary
As an RN Clinical Nurse Charge Med Surg, you will ensure high quality, patient-centered care while managing nursing operations in the unit. This role involves collaboration with other management members, supervising staff, and maintaining departmental performance through strategic initiatives. You will oversee patient admission and discharge processes, assess care quality, and support a patient-first philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Registered Nurse Diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures

- Must hold current RN license
