RN Clinical Manager, Psychiatry Float Pool

Oversee the Psychiatry Float Pool team across inpatient and residential behavioral health programs, managing daily staffing operations, deployment, and resource allocation. Lead a flexible workforce by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure stability and competency while integrating the Interprofessional Practice Model into daily leadership. Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to address staffing fluctuations, implement workflow efficiencies, and support shared governance for evidence-based decision-making. Monitor staffing metrics, workforce utilization, and operational performance to maintain high-quality patient care and financial stewardship. Partner with quality and accreditation teams to ensure regulatory compliance and promote standardization of practice across multiple care environments.
