Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of MN
- Minimum three (3) years recent and verifiable hands-on experience as an RN or LPN (preferably in home care)
- At least one (1) year experience in nursing management OR pediatric nursing
Desired Qualifications
- BSN/MSN preferred
- Trach/vent/tube experience within home health care setting is preferred
- Prior supervisory experience with field staff
- Experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management is preferred
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Solid communication and PC skills
