Job Summary
Oversee daily Operating Room operations and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence. Lead and mentor perioperative staff in a high-volume surgical environment while fostering a culture of patient safety, accountability, and teamwork. Build strong relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing teams to optimize surgical workflows and drive performance improvement initiatives. Maintain regulatory compliance standards and support operational initiatives focused on efficiency, quality outcomes, and staff engagement. Requires an active Texas RN license, BSN, and minimum three years of current OR leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or active multistate compact RN license in good standing, free of restrictions or disciplinary actions.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of acute care Operating Room (OR) experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of current Operating Room leadership experience, including roles such as: Supervisor, Assistant Clinical Manager, Clinical Manager, Director.
- Current and accurate professional work history documenting surgical services and leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Robotic Surgery programs.
- Experience supporting Neurosurgical Operating Room procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and drive clinical excellence.
