Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home care and/or after-hours teams. Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards. Maintain high-quality patient care and hospice best practices. Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance. Participate in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning. Serve as a resource and leader for interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse License in Georgia
- BSN Preferred
- 3+ Years of Management or Supervisory Experience
- Hospice, Home Health, or Oncology Experience Preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Required
