Job Summary
RN Clinical Manager leading a home health clinical team in Jacksonville, FL. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
- OASIS proficiency required
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally as needed
