Job Summary
Clinical Manager (RN) leads a home health clinical team, ensuring patient care quality, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities include supervising home health staff, reviewing documentation for Medicare/regulatory compliance, monitoring patient outcomes, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, coaching clinicians, and ensuring agency policies are followed. Office-based, Monday–Friday leadership role with travel to support operations and opportunities for bonus and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
