Job Summary
Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review data trends, and oversee implementation of improvement plans. Collaborate with the Branch Director on corrective action plans and manage responses to external and internal surveys and audits. Complete documentation and chart reviews to identify variances in standardized care processes and hold case conferences to ensure oversight of care and coordination of services. Facilitate performance improvement action plans based on survey results and clinical record reviews. Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while enforcing systems, policies, and productivity standards. Ensure assigned staff are evaluated fairly and timely according to company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to use company documentation systems
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
- Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by the company and/or State regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Less than two years of clinical experience, and at least one year in a related management/supervisory role in home health care
