RN Clinical Manager

Direct, supervise, and ensure quality of care provided by Coordinators of Care and clinical staff through record review, field visits, and case conferencing. Assure periodic reassessment of care plans, timely submission of recert packages, and accurate conversion packets. Serve as a patient advocate with third-party payers while maintaining effective communication with staff and patients. Identify staffing and service needs, participate in hiring, training, and disciplining clinical staff, and address difficult patient issues. Perform duties in the Emergency Disaster Plan and participate in orientation, education, and performance improvement activities. Maintain adherence to non-discrimination policies and Americans with Disabilities Act. Participate in an on-call coverage rotation. Requires a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
