Job Summary
RN Clinical Manager for Preferred Home Care of Florida (Home Health) lead clinical operations, leveraging Medicare OASIS proficiency, QA experience, and PDGM training to manage patient care documentation, Plan of Care creation, and compliance with Joint Commission and participation requirements. Growth opportunity toward Assistant Director of Nursing. Requires a nursing license in Florida and a nursing degree; proficiency with Axxess EMR system and OASIS auditing is essential. This role emphasizes leadership, coordination of care, and adherence to Medicare guidelines within a Florida home health agency.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have knowledge of Medicare OASIS
- Must have knowledge of Medicare Discipline Frequency
- Computer Skills a must (EMR- AXXESS System Core)
- Knowledge of State, Medicare and Joint Commission guideline
- Ability to audit OASIS for documentation and Discipline Visit notes
- Must make patient care a top priority
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Three (3) years Home Health Nurse. Medicare OASIS, Quality Assurance (QA).
- Licenses /Registration Required
- Current Nursing License in the State of Florida
- Nursing degree from accredited school
