RN Clinical Leader - Psychiatric Crisis Department (Evenings)

Manages nursing staff and nursing activities for an assigned department, including patient care, record-keeping, budgeting, and personnel issues. Serves as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation, and skills. Assists in the training and development of new and existing staff members, including performance appraisal. Oversees clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports emergency response preparedness. Maintains safety and quality through audits and education, and participates in Quality Improvement activities. Requires BSN and Ohio RN licensure, with BLS certification and three years of pediatric clinical experience; 32 hours per week on Weekday Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).
