RN Clinical Leader, Pre/Post-Op

RN Clinical Leader oversees design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the post-anesthesia care/ pre/post-op services; leads clinical operations, ensures quality and patient satisfaction, coordinates interdisciplinary teams, manages schedules and resources, participates in recruitment and staff development, and supports budget and cost-effective practice. Requires active RN licensure in Ohio, BSN with 5 years of employment, ACLS and BLS certifications, and an emphasis on leadership within an acute-care hospital setting to drive safe, high-quality patient care.
