RN Clinical Leader - Med Surg Tele

RN Clinical Leader in Med Surg Tele oversees and coordinates clinical programs, services, processes, and systems within the responsible area to ensure quality, service, satisfaction, and efficient resource use. Leads and coordinates interdisciplinary teams, directs and delegates patient care, creates staffing schedules, and participates in recruitment and staff development. Works as a clinical resource, conducts departmental audits, and engages in committees to improve patient outcomes, safety, and performance in a high-reliability, safety-focused environment. Requires current Ohio RN licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications, and minimum two years of clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership skills.
