RN Clinical Leader - Hilliard Urgent Care

Oversee nursing and UAP staff in documentation, patient care, staffing, and clinical competencies while serving as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, and skills. Assist in training and development of new and existing staff, including performance appraisals, and supervise clinical operations. Explain the importance of clinical and financial management, engage in data collection or auditing, and represent staff at relevant meetings to report updates. Maintain safety and quality as priorities through auditing and education, ensuring regulatory compliance and emergency response preparedness. Requires a BSN, Ohio RN license, and BLS certification with three years of pediatric clinical experience. Schedule includes 32 hours weekly, primarily evenings with third weekend and holiday rotations.
