RN Clinical Lead Wound Care

Plan, organize, and supervise daily outpatient clinic operations to ensure quality, patient-centered care. Lead clinical staff through process improvement, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management while driving risk reduction initiatives. Fulfill practice nurse duties including preparing patients for visits, controlling patient flow, managing phone calls, and coordinating care orders and test result follow-ups. Perform assessments and provide direct patient care assistance while maintaining accurate documentation. Requires current RN license, 5 years acute care experience with 1 year supervisory experience, and wound management certification.
