Job Summary
Conduct clinical instruction for nursing students under direct placement from a college or university representative. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, student, and staff information while demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills when interacting with patients, students, families, staff, and visitors. Complete required orientation and training. This volunteer role is intended for licensed RN Clinical Instructors directly placed to Sheppard Pratt Health System by a referring school and professor.
Required Qualifications
- RN required
- Direct placement from college or university representative
- Successful completion of orientation and training
- Must maintain confidentiality of patient/student/staff information
- Must demonstrate professionalism
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills
