RN - Clinical Float Pool

RN - Clinical Float Pool provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic, including walk-in and telephone triage; coordinate patient care with family and healthcare team; assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient needs; participate in case management with PCP panels including nurse visits and telephone management; delegate care tasks to team members based on validated competency; document within EPIC and ensure efficient patient flow.
