RN, Clinical Educator (Full-time regular, Day Shift)

Conduct assessments of learning needs and plan, implement, and evaluate education programs to ensure compliance with hospital goals and quality care standards. Create and deliver in-house training sessions across clinical areas, manage staff competencies and orientation, and collaborate with administrative disciplines to update policies and procedures. Support clinical staff advancement through evidence-based practice initiatives, coordinate training with feedback capabilities, and develop teaching materials for other departments as required. Maintain departmental compliance with current regulations and participate in continuing education to enhance professional growth and awareness of new techniques.
