RN Clinical Educator- CVOR

Conduct education, research, coaching, and direct patient care for surgical services staff and patients. Provide consultation, facilitate leadership collaboration, and make ethical decisions regarding clinical expertise. Serve as a change agent to promote quality while delivering clinical care when staffing or case load demands arise. Communicate patient care issues, departmental concerns, and staff matters to leaders as needed. Requires RN licensure, two years of operating room experience, and basic life support certification.
