RN Clinical Data Registrar - Day Shift

RN Clinical Data Registrar will collaborate with clinical staff to collect and record clinical patient data from medical records, assessments, and physician notes, maintain and verify accuracy of data in the hospital’s EHR system, generate timely clinical reports for quality improvement, regulatory, and research projects, monitor data integrity, assist in research related to clinical outcomes and care effectiveness, and train staff on accurate data collection and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Requires RN licensure in Illinois, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, 2+ years of clinical nursing experience with data collection, and current CPR certification; travel to Evanston, Highland Park, and Swedish Hospitals is required.
