Maintains accurate data in the hospital's EHR, generates timely reports for quality improvement, regulatory, and research projects, monitors data integrity, and trains clinical staff on data collection and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive data capture and supports studies related to clinical outcomes and treatment effectiveness. Extensive experience in nursing data collection and clinical documentation is required.
