Job Summary
RN Clinical Data Registrar - Day Shift at Endeavor Health focuses on accurate collection, organization, and reporting of clinical patient data, maintaining data integrity in the EHR, generating reports for quality improvement, regulatory, and research initiatives, and training staff on data collection and documentation. Requires RN licensure in Illinois, BSN, 2 years of clinical nursing with data/documentation experience, and at least 3 years in Labor & Delivery, NICU, or Maternal Child Health; CPR certification; travel to Evanston, Highland Park, and Swedish Hospitals as part of duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing (RN) is required
- 2 years clinical nursing experience with strong data collection and clinical documentation background
- Minimum of three years current experience in Labor and Delivery, NICU or Maternal Child Health Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Illinois per IDFPR
- Current CPR Certification from American Heart Association
