RN Clinical Coordinator Resource Float Pool

Coordinate clinical activities and manage shift charge duties, ensuring appropriate staff skill mix and prioritizing patient assignments based on unit acuity. Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans, assess physical and psychosocial needs, and intervene to optimize outcomes. Direct and organize daily shift operations while serving as a clinical resource and role model for the department. Float across Holy Cross facilities in the Mountain Region to support staffing needs, earning a base rate plus pool differential and eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials.
