Job Summary
The RN Clinical Coordinator will provide nursing leadership in the Surgical Services department, ensuring supplies, instruments, and equipment are available for procedures; coordinating with surgeons, materials management, vendors, and department leaders on capital requests; implementing standards of practice and department policies; ensuring regulatory and legal compliance; supporting performance improvement initiatives; collaborating with the manager, Educators, and other staff for training and staff development; fostering open communication among staff, physicians, and care providers; and promoting patient-centered care and service excellence through evidence-based nursing leadership and governance.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Licensed nursing professional per Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act or equivalent state standards, with authority to practice in the facility's jurisdiction.
