Job Summary
RN Clinical Coordinator in Surgical Services (OR) responsible for providing nursing leadership and coordination of department activities, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and quality patient care. Key duties include coordinating supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures; collaborating with surgeons, staff, materials management, and vendors on equipment and capital requests; implementing department policies; ensuring regulatory compliance; fostering communication across staff, physicians, and leaders; guiding staff education and onboarding; and driving performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The role requires licensure as a Registered Nurse and adherence to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
Required Qualifications
