Job Summary
RN Clinical Coordinator in Surgical Services (Day shift) serves under the Nurse Manager to lead and assist in coordinating department activities, ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements, manage supplies/instruments/equipment for procedures, collaborate with surgeons and vendors, support staff education and performance improvement, and uphold high-quality, patient-centered care across the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (licensure as a Registered Nurse)
- Eligibility to practice in Georgia/SC as applicable
- Clinical coordination or leadership experience in a nursing setting
- Knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and professional ethics
