Job Summary
RN -Clinical Coordinator in Surgical Services (Day shift) leads and supports department activities, ensures supplies and equipment are ready for cases, collaborates with surgeons, vendors, and nursing staff, drives performance improvement and quality assurance, and supports staff education and onboarding under Nurse Manager guidance. Must be a licensed registered nurse with a Georgia nursing practice background, capable of ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating departmental functions, and fostering communication among physicians, staff, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (Georgia)
- Nursing practice compliance with Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
- Professional nursing leadership experience or eligibility for leadership roles in a clinical setting
