Job Summary
RN Clinical Coordinator in Surgical Services: lead department functions, ensure adherence to standards and policies, coordinate supplies/instruments/equipment for cases, collaborate with surgeons, vendors, and department leaders, support capital equipment requests, drive performance improvement and quality assurance, oversee staff education and onboarding in partnership with the nurse manager, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional nursing ethics. Day shift with occasional call, in Clearwater, SC; requires active RN license and nursing practice within established standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Experience in surgical services or perioperative nursing; leadership/coordination responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate with surgeons, staff, vendors; support standards of practice; engage in performance improvement and education
