RN Clinical Coordinator Preop PACU

Coordinate clinical activities and manage shift charge duties in the Preop/PACU/OR environment, overseeing case flow from preparation through recovery. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and assign staff based on unit acuity and skill mix requirements. Direct daily operations, schedule assignments, and communicate case changes while collaborating with the anesthesiology team and multidisciplinary staff. Hold team members accountable to policy standards and support educational initiatives. Assist with room turnovers and provide coverage in perioperative areas as needed. This role requires a registered nurse with one year of Preop/PACU experience, located at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado.
