RN Clinical Coordinator

Coordinate clinical and department activities for the unit while managing shift charge duties, assigning duties, and taking patient assignments based on acuity. Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation and medical record review, then develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Liaise with the multidisciplinary patient care team, authorize work procedures, and ensure appropriate admissions and staff skill mix for safe care. Provide leadership and support for daily operations in the joint Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Departments. Requires RN license and one year of clinical experience; relocation bonus available.
