Job Summary
Supervise nursing students completing clinical rotations across multiple sites by making patient assignments, teaching site-specific duties, and evaluating clinical performance. Coordinate closely with clinicians at the School of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate program implementation and assess training needs. Manage student questions and answer inquiries while ensuring adherence to approved policies and nursing standards. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support staff development and program objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate required and Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Masters Degree in Nursing within two years of hire
- Current RN license in the State of Georgia
- Five (5) years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Two (2) years of recent clinical experience in area of specialty
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of recent clinical experience in area of specialty preferred
