Job Summary

RN Clinical - ICU (7E) – Full Time, 12 Hour Day shifts (Non-Exempt, Union). Provides therapeutic care as part of an interdisciplinary team, coordinates patient care and education for patients and families, administers medications and IV therapies, conducts comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning, documents clinical care and outcomes, collaborates with Case Management on discharge planning, and maintains regulatory compliance and safety standards in ICU/Step-down/Telemetry units. Requires a BSN, active RN license in California, and 1 year of acute inpatient RN experience; ACLS/BLS required. Salary range $44.00-$95.00 hourly; annualized accordingly.

Required Qualifications

  • Req Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Req 1 year Acute inpatient hospital experience as RN in United States
  • Req Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, read and write English proficiently.
  • Req Knowledge of medical procedures and conditions and ability to understand, follow and successfully perform duties, including whole blood collection, and apheresis procedures, in accordance with administrative and clinical policies, regulations and procedures.
  • Req Committed to excellence in patient care and customer service.
  • Req Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
