RN Clinical - 7 E Abdominal Organ Transplant ICU - Full Time 12 Hour Nights (Non-Exempt) (Union). Responsible for applying the nursing process to provide therapeutic care, performing nursing assessments, developing and updating Plans of Care, administering medications and IV therapy, coordinating discharge planning, and educating patients and families. Requires 1 year of acute inpatient RN experience in the United States, excellent communication skills, knowledge of medical procedures, and ability to work independently. Duties include charting, adherence to regulatory requirements, patient safety, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in a transplant ICU setting.
