RN Clinical - 7 E Abdominal Organ Transplant ICU - Full Time 12 Hour Nights (Non-Exempt) (Union)

RN Clinical role in the Abdominal Organ Transplant ICU providing 12-hour night shift care (non-exempt, union). Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess patients, diagnose and plan care, administer medications and IV therapy, perform and document nursing assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care, coordinate with Case Management for discharge planning, and educate patients and families. Requires BSN, CA RN license, 1 year of acute inpatient RN experience, BLS and ACLS (ACLS required for ICU/Step-down/Telemetry). Emphasis on patient safety, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO standards), and thorough documentation across admission, shift changes, and discharge processes.
