RN Clinical - 4 S ICU - Full Time 12 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Union)

Provide nursing care in the 4S ICU on 12-hour day shifts, using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Coordinate patient care and education for patients and families, administer medications and IV therapies, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized plans of care, and ensure complete and accurate documentation. Collaborate with case management and interdisciplinary teams, participate in discharge planning, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, JCAHO) and safety standards.
