RN Clinic

Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records. Develop and implement patient plans of care while evaluating responses to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Provide patient and family education based on learning readiness and maintain accurate, timely documentation of status and interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to protect patient health, safety, and rights while utilizing information technology to support decision-making.
