RN Clinic Manager

RN Clinic Manager responsible for day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring high-quality care for Veterans within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). Lead compliance oversight (e.g., Office of Inspector General, Joint Commission, Environment of Care, lab), manage clinic financial performance and expenses, drive enrollment growth and retention, triage patients with acute/ high-acuity needs, and foster a warm, professional atmosphere for colleagues and Veterans. Role operates full-time onsite with standard hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm), no evenings/holidays/on-call/weekends, and offers a $5k sign-on bonus plus a 5% performance bonus potential.
