Job Summary
RN Clinic Manager responsible for day-to-day clinic operations in a Veterans-focused Primary Care setting, ensuring clinical quality, compliance oversight (OIG, Joint Commission, Environment of Care, lab), and financial performance. Role includes enrollment growth, patient triage for acute needs, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere for veterans and staff. Requires an active RN license and strong medical office management skills (scheduling, reporting, performance management, computer literacy, patient advocacy, community engagement, conflict resolution). Full-time, on-site in Meridian, MS, with benefits including health plans, PTO, and 401(k).
