RN CLINIC I

Conduct professional nursing care within an outpatient clinic setting by preparing patients for scheduled procedures, performing basic triage, and assisting providers with examinations and procedures. Accurately record patient histories, monitor medical records, and ensure adequate supplies and equipment. Schedule outside patient appointments, take calls from hospitals and nursing homes, and relay test results to patients in a timely manner. Initiate patient education and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care under physician supervision. Maintain compliance with departmental policies, infection control standards, and safety regulations.
