Job Summary
Provides direct patient care in ambulatory family medicine; conducts assessments, determines priorities, applies nursing process, and educates patients/families. Requires current RN license (state or multi-state via eNLC) and BLS certification within 30 days of hire; BSN preferred or ASN/Diploma with BSN completion within 5 years. Includes mentoring, coordination with health care team, and unit-oriented responsibilities; may involve travel between multiple clinic locations.
