Job Summary
Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records. Develop and implement patient plans of care while demonstrating competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Provide patient and family education based on learning readiness and evaluate teaching effectiveness. Maintain thorough and confidential patient charts, documenting status, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to the State Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, current RN license, and BLS certification. Located at Longmont United Hospital in Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact
- BLS from the American Heart Association

- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year experience
