Job Summary
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family while applying community health concepts and ambulatory clinical nursing care principles. Utilize best practices to maximize patient engagement and self-management efforts, promoting optimal health and safety through the nursing process in accordance with state standards. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. Requires one year experience, BSN preferred, current RN license, and BLS certification. Located in Colorado, Kansas, and Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Current state RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact
- Current BLS
- Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or 10lbs constantly)
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience preferred
- BSN Preferred, encouraged to obtain within 3-years of assuming role
- RNs Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, preferred
