Job Summary
Perform nursing duties accurately and efficiently while assisting providers and carrying out orders within the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and LRHC policies. Deliver patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, delegation, and evaluation, demonstrating proficient communication with patients, families, and colleagues. Maintain thorough documentation and exercise sound clinical judgment to ensure safe, comprehensive care. Requires current Minnesota RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to work day shifts in a biweekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform within the registered nurse scope of practice
- Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening
- Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites
- Current Minnesota RN Licensure
- CPR Certificate
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
