RN Circulator - General Surgery OR

Job Summary
Conduct general surgery operating room circulations including hernia repairs, gallbladder and appendix removals, bowel resections, port placements, total joint replacements, arthroscopy, fracture treatments, urological stone therapies, gynecological surgeries, pain therapy, EGDs, and colonoscopies. Maintain patient safety and procedural efficiency while supporting the surgical team. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of relevant experience. Full-time status with 4-10 hour shifts and on-call rotation. Novant Health Coastal Carolina Medical Center serves Jasper County, SC, offering robotics support and leading-edge treatments across general surgery, urology, and gynecology.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Successful completion of a Board approved refresher course (if RN license inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and not licensed in another state during the last five years)
- Application for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course (if applicable)
