RN - Childrens Neonatal ICU

RN - Neonatal ICU on a hospital unit, under supervision of Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator. Provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care on the neonatal unit; supervises non-RN personnel; may assume Charge Nurse role and rotate to other units as needed. Demonstrates competency in neuro-related care, airway management for neuro patients, suctioning, ventilator care, and applying the Tia teaching program. Requires a BSN or higher and 1 year NICU experience; CT RN license and BLS are required. Supports patient education and family involvement, with plan-of-care documentation and collaboration with the healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
