Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the Trauma Ortho Neuro department during their shift. This role involves monitoring and evaluating nursing care, supporting staff development, and fostering teamwork to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
- Registered Nurse, or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
