Job Summary
Direct and oversee daily unit activities, including making patient assignments, rounding with physicians, reviewing discharge plans, and managing bed flow in conjunction with surgery schedules. Monitor equipment inventory, coordinate staffing during surges, and proactively plan care across the continuum. Lead interdisciplinary rounds, consult on clinical concerns, and ensure survey readiness while supporting performance improvement initiatives. Mentor staff, serve as a preceptor, and promote evidence-based practice to maintain safe, high-quality patient care. Work night shifts in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure
