Job Summary
Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors while conducting audits, assessments, and monitoring compliance with care standards. Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration, ensuring resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care in the behavioral unit. Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance. Adapt quickly to high-stress situations and maintain a positive approach to manage the team effectively. Applicants must be a registered RN with superior nursing knowledge, genuine empathy, and patience.
